1. What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used by scientists and laboratories for experimental and pre-clinical research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
2. Are your peptides intended for human consumption?
No. All peptides sold on our site are strictly for laboratory research only. They are not for human or animal use, and are sold under the understanding that buyers are qualified researchers.
3. Are your peptides legal to buy in the UK?
Yes. Peptides sold for research purposes only are legal to purchase and possess in the UK. However, their use must remain within the scope of scientific research and laboratory analysis.
4. How should your peptides be used?
They are for in vitro studies, biochemical research, and educational laboratory work only. Use outside these parameters may violate regulations.
Product Quality and Handling
5. What is the purity of your peptides?
All peptides are ≥99% pure (unless stated otherwise) and undergo HPLC and Mass Spectrometry testing to ensure identity and purity.
6. How are your peptides stored and shipped?
Peptides are lyophilised (freeze-dried) and shipped in sterile, sealed vials. We recommend refrigeration (2–8°C) for short-term storage and freezing (-20°C) for long-term.
7. Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. We can provide COAs for any peptide purchased.
8. Are your peptides synthetic or naturally derived?
All peptides are synthetically manufactured in GMP-compliant laboratories using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS).
Ordering and Shipping
9. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to most countries where the import of research chemicals is permitted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.
10. How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders are dispatched same day if placed before 2pm via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. International orders typically take 5–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
11. How is my order packaged?
All items are discreetly and securely packaged to maintain peptide stability and privacy. Cold packs may be included for temperature-sensitive shipments.
12. Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has been dispatched.

13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). All transactions are encrypted.
14. Is my personal data secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and are compliant with GDPR. Your information will never be shared with third parties.

15. Do I need a license to buy peptides?
No license is required to purchase peptides for laboratory research. However, you must be a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution.
16. Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the sensitive nature of peptides, we do not accept returns. However, if a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
17. What if customs seizes my package?
While we do our best to comply with international shipping rules, we are not responsible for seizures or delays due to customs regulations in your country. Please ensure peptides are permitted before ordering.
