Refund & Returns
1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel:
You must notify us within 14 days of the day after delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will include:
The full price paid for the goods
The standard delivery charge (if applicable)
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
2. Exemptions to the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or safety reasons once unsealed
Custom or made-to-order products
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, sealed vials that have been opened, tampered with, or unsealed are not eligible for cancellation or return for safety and regulatory reasons.
If you wish to cancel, we strongly advise you do not open the parcel or break any product seals.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
As described
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
We may require the item to be returned for inspection.
If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
You have a statutory right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must:
Be unused and in original packaging
Include all seals intact (where applicable)
Not show signs of misuse, tampering, or improper storage
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Returns of opened peptide products will not be accepted unless faulty.
5. Undeliverable or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address provided
Failure to collect from delivery depot
Refusal of delivery without prior cancellation notice
We will issue a refund minus the original delivery cost and a £5 handling/restocking fee.
If the parcel was undeliverable due to courier error or no fault of the customer, a full refund will be issued.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of:
Receiving returned goods, or
Receiving evidence that goods have been returned
